Commercial stone is a different discipline to a single kitchen. Volumes are larger, tolerances are tighter, surfaces take heavier public use, and the install has to land inside somebody else's programme without slipping.

Multi-unit residential
For subdivisions, apartment blocks and retirement villages, the win is repeatability. Locking a consistent engineered stone specification across units removes the variation risk that comes with natural slabs, and lets us programme staged installs building by building.

Compliance and safety
Our plant, staff training and management systems are accredited by WorkSafe NZ and NZESAG / Impac. We are industry leaders in eliminating the risks of respirable crystalline silica, and where possible we process Zero Silica or Low Silica engineered stone — a point worth confirming with any fabricator you engage.

Coverage
Our standard service area runs from Whangarei to Bombay, covering the full Auckland region, and we travel further on request. For nationwide programmes we work with a network of high quality benchtop manufacturers in other regions.
Common questions
Do you work with main contractors and shopfitters?
Yes. Much of our commercial work comes through builders, shopfitters, joiners and design practices, and we programme templating and installation around the site schedule.
Can you handle multi-unit residential?
Yes — subdivisions, apartment blocks and retirement villages. Repeatable material specification and staged installation are where we do our best work. Contact us early in the programme.
What lead time should I allow?
Approximately 7-10 working days from template day, up to 15 for extra large or complex work. For staged commercial jobs we build a programme with you.
Which materials suit high-traffic commercial surfaces?
Porcelain and denser natural stones handle heavy public use well. Engineered stone is excellent where consistent colour across many units or counters is essential.
